The Venue

Finca 360 is a boutique mountain hotel located two hours from San José and one hour from La Fortuna. It offers a serene escape with breathtaking 360-degree views of volcanoes, the San Carlos Valley, and Juan Castro National Park. The hotel has nine deluxe rooms for up to 23 guests and features a yoga deck with stunning views.

The 49-acre property, once cow pasture, has been transformed into a regenerating rainforest with 3 kilometers of trails, perfect for Forest Bathing Therapy and Meditation. Nearby activities include hikes to waterfalls and crater lakes, coffee and chocolate tours, hot springs, white-water rafting, horseback riding, and more.

Finca 360 is deeply connected to the local community, with all staff and the owner from Venecia. The hotel’s furniture and artwork are locally crafted, and meals are made from locally sourced ingredients. The team handles all retreat details, including guest accommodations, transportation, tours, and personalized meals to ensure an unforgettable experience.

Bilingual doctors are available for in-hotel visits if necessary, and their fees are very reasonable.

Meet the instructors

Valeria Livergood

Valeria is a certified hath yoga instructor (200 hours). She is passionate about teaching yoga through kindness and patience. Her motivation comes in knowing how all kinds of people benefit from the practice physically, mentally, and emotionally. To Valeria, yoga is a way of life, a powerful healing tool and a way to recharge. She loves nature and practicing yoga in the outdoors. Observing the cycles of nature has inspired her to synchronize yoga in the everyday life and the energies around us, as an efficient way to balance.

Manuela Siegfried

Manuela was born and raised in Costa Rica. Her parents emigrated from Switzerland 50 years ago. By having a biologist as a father, contact with nature became an intrinsic part of her life. This passion for nature led her to work as a tourist guide for almost 4 years. But she wanted something more. Manuela wanted to help people connect with nature not only in a rational but also in a sensory and personal way, so that they could fall in love with the environment and remember the innate relationship we have with our surroundings.

David Ramirez

David’s path as a sound therapist began with the combination of his knowledge about the human body with the physical principles of sound. He studied Pharmacy; and from 2010 he has been dedicating his life to applying different techniques and concepts of sound as a therapeutic tool. He perceives humans as complete integral creatures where he guides them to connect their bodies with their emotional, mental and spiritual beings. Currently, he continues his studies in Therapy Sacral Skull with the Upledger Institute of Costa Rica.
