Rosie
You can’t really think or begin to talk about Finca 360 without Rosie. I have the great honor and privilege of being her daughter and what she has been able to achieve in her life is nothing short of extraordinary. The love and intention that she has put into building this business has been amazing to watch and be a part of and I know that our employees and guests feel this way as well. When we acquired this property in 2008 there wasn’t a clear vision of what we wanted todo, b ut my mom Rosie knew that she wanted this to be a place for people to heal.
Now when we welcome guests we make sure they not only feel cared for but are able to leave their vacation feeling renewed. We hope you all can feel that intention we set and we are so grateful for all the love and support.
How long have you been working for Finca 360?
Since the beginning! I am the owner and operator and dreamed up Finca 360 in 2013 before we had started building anything up here.
What is your favorite thing about working at Finca 360?
Meeting new people and learning about them and their culture and having them become a part of our Finca 360 family.
What is one of your favorite memories from working at Finca 360?
One year we had this super sweet family named the Geigers stay with us and on Christmas morning they all wore matching pajamas. I loved getting to see this family tradition and feel a part of the fun.
What is your favorite tour/activity in the area?
Finca Eco-Organica de Sarapiqui because they are the sweetest family, very knowledgeable and I love that they share a beautiful traditional part of Costa Rican culture.
What is your favorite dish that we serve here at Finca 360?
My favorite dish we serve at Finca 360 are my Tia Marta’s tamales. This is something we love to share with our clients when they go on adventures off the property and we are always honored to share something so special to us and our culture.
What is something you would like to say to our clients?
We don’t like to just host guests but to welcome you into our family. Our wish is that you leave feeling lighter, recharged, and deeply connected to the beauty of Costa Rica. Thank you for trusting us with your one of a kind vacation.
